THE C4 SYSTEMS SECURITY AWARENESS,
TRAINING, AND EDUCATION (SATE) PROGRAM
AFI 33-204, 15 December 1994, is supplemented as follows and applies to all activities supported by the Peterson AFB C4 Systems Security Office, 21st Communications Squadron, and Cheyenne Mountain AS C4 Systems Security Office, 721st Communications Squadron to include geographically separated units (GSU) and tenant units receiving host support. This supplement does not apply to US Air Force Reserves or Air National Guard units.
10. The C4 systems SATE program manager for your organization may be the same as your Unit COMPUSEC Manager (UCM). This ensures computer security metrics and reporting are aligned with established information upchanneling procedures.
14.2. Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) is licensed to use a computer-based instruction (CBI) SATE refresher course called SAFEWARE. This software complies with guidelines for providing COMPUSEC goals and may be amended to meet specific mission requirements. Under licensed agreement, all 21 SW organizations supporting the AFSPC mission are authorized to use this program for training.
