Complexes 5 & 6
Originally designed to support JUPITER and REDSTONE, these pads later supported PIONEER and EXPLORER as well. All six of the REDSTONE/MERCURY sub-orbital missions originated from these sites. They are currently assigned as part of the USAF Space Museum. These sites are listed on the national registry as part of the national historical landmark.
