This following matrix is provided to the Offeror as an illustration of where evaluators expect to find information. If this matrix conflicts with anyother requirement, direction, or provision of this solicitation, the other reference shall take precedence over this matrix. Additionally, to the extentthis matrix discloses details as to the extent or manner by which the Government intends to evaluate the OfferorÀ Às proposal for award, Section Mreferences in the matrix are for information purposes only and the Government shall be obligated to evaluate proposals solely in conformance withthe provisions of Section M of this solicitation.

ANNEX B ITAMP CROSS REFERENCE MATRIX

The Offeror shall provide an ITAMP Cross Reference Matrix, using the following format, which shows direct traceability from theSPD, WBS, GLO, and CDRLs to the ITAMP Tasks. The matrix will be used by the Government to determine that ITAMP tasksaddress all Government objectives, requirements of the SPD, and each of the RFP CDRL items and other CDRL items identified bythe Offeror. The matrix will also be used to determine the adequacy of the proposed WBS.
