(U) The Command and Control (C2) and Data Handling category applies to those systems that are used to provide C2 and dissemination of air, space and missile threats. These systems are designed to provide a highly responsive and cost-effective "sensor-to-decision maker-to shooter" capability that will enable the warfighter to accomplish their missions.
