Leased Services (U)
(U) The Leased Services category addresses those space systems which have been leased by the Department of Defense and the ground terminals which operate over these space systems. Leased services provide a means for the DoD to supplement military satellite communications by using existing commercial assets. These satellite communications services provide unsecure links for military users.
