  • Program Definition/Risk Reduction Exit Criteria
    • Provide SBIRS Low concepts and life cycle costs
    • Demonstrate detection, acquisition, handover, discrimination and precision tracking of midcourse objects through flight and ground demonstration
    • Address Anti-Ballistic Missile (ABM) treaty constraints, if any, on SBIRS Low deployment (OSD responsibility)
  • Release of Program Definition Request for Proposal after JROC validation of SBIRS ORD
