• Air Force Service Cost Position (SCP) and OSD CAIG completed for 21 May 98 DRM

  • SCP approved including 20% production challenge

• OSD CAIG requested update shortly after DRM due to change in ORD strategy and funding split

• Service Cost Position build begins ~ 20 Jul 98

• OSD CAIG ~ end-August
