3. LEVEL OF EFFORT (LOE) -CPFF

The total estimated cost of CLIN 0006 is based on a determination that performance will require the number of labor hours set forth below. The LOE, if required, will be allocated through approved task orders. There is no guarantee that approved task orders will actually use any or all of the estimated labor hours. In the event, the total number of labor hours called for by approved task orders exceed the estimate below, the Government reserves the right to increase the hours up to 10% using the same rates identified in Attachment 3.
