- Antiterrorism and Force Protection, and
- Critical Asset Assurance and Protection.
- The NGB WMD Study will not result in “major”
force structure changes to the RC.
- JTF Civil Support will accommodate FORSCOM’s continuing role in homeland defense.
- Principles of DoD Support will remain in place--
- Federal government assists state agencies
- DOD supports lead federal agencies
- DOD provides support IAW MOUs, laws, and plans
- DOD support does not compete with the civilian/ commercial sector
