Phase two criteria and selection procedures will be developed during Phase I with complete consideration of Prime Contractor inputs
Phase two agreements developed in parallel to CDS
- Detailed evaluation standards discussed and released prior to final update request
- On-going discussions to have best, yet fair, deal
CDS products support evaluation for “phase two”
- Additional data outside CDS for evaluation
- Stand alone proposal evaluated for continuation
One agreement will be selected for Phase Two
- CDS contractors to propose “binding” arrangement
Formal Acquisition Strategy Approval will be Sought for Phase two
