Josh Kellar
Josh Kellar's current work at FAS is on nanotechnology, space weaponization policy, nuclear bunker busters and conventional alternatives, nuclear testing, and WMD proliferation. He has degrees in physics and english from Georgetown University, an MA in creative writing from Boston University, and will be a candidate for a PhD in materials science and engineering at Northwestern University in the fall where he will study nanotechnology.
