The Integrated Broadcast Service provides common standards for interoperability of tactical broadcasts (TDDS, TIBS, TRIXS, NRTD, etc.) and receivers (TRE, CTT, MATT, Constant Source, SUCCESS Radio, etc.). 1997 marks the beginning of the transition of all broadcasts into the Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS). The yearly TDDS User's Working Group Conference will now include the other broadcasts, and establishes the first annual IBS User's Conference which will be held 16-19 September at NRaD San Diego, at the GENSER secret US/UK/CAN/AUS-level. The sponsors are NAVSECGRU DET Potomac, the Operational Support Office (OSO) of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and the IBS Executive Agent.
