Fuzhou
27°59'N 116°21'E

China's nuclear weapons and nuclear power programs are supported by a large number of uranium mines, including one at Fuzhou, though specific details are generally lacking.

A long-range Very Low Frequency [VLF] radio transmitter is also located here.

The "nuclear" Fuzhou is the other Fuzhou, not the coastal city with a population of 1.66 million which lies on the north bank of the Minjiang river.
