Bio: Marie Isabelle Chevrier 

Marie Isabelle Chevrier is professor of Public Policy and Administration at Rutgers University-Camden where she directs the PhD program. 

Prior to joining Rutgers, she was professor of Public Policy at the University of Texas at Dallas.  She is a member of the Board of Directors of the BioWeapons Prevention Project where she served as board chair from 2007-2011. 

She is author of the forthcoming Arms Control Policy to be published by Praeger Security International in August.  She is the co-editor of Incapacitating Biochemical Weapons and is the author of numerous articles and book chapters on biological weapons arms control. 

She received her PhD from Harvard University under the tutelage of Matthew Meselson, Thomas Schelling and Paul Doty.
